If you are placing an order for customizable items (for example rulers, keyrings, door hangers, etc.) you will be given the option during check out to type a list of names in the Additional Information/Order notes field. Alternatively, and the method we prefer, you will be able to upload a file containing all the relevant information.

If you have a discount coupon you can apply it in your cart or during check out

Well, it depends… Each coupon is different, come can only be used on their own while others can be used together. When we give you your coupon we will make sure to let you know.

All products are custom-made to order. Depending on the number of items, it might take up-to 7 days for an order to be prepared and shipped. However most orders are shipped within 2-3 days.

You can pay with cash on delivery or prepay online through our secure-checkout.

All orders are shipped via ACS and are delivered at the ACS store you specify during check-out. You also have the option to pick-up our order from our premises.
